A State-of-the-Art Facility - Where Excellence Meets Innovation: At Marina Animal Hospital, we boast a cutting-edge facility equipped with advanced technology, including a digital X-ray machine and a Companion cold laser therapy machine, meticulously maintained to ensure the highest standard of care. As active community participants, we collaborate closely with Ventura County Animal Services and the Humane Society Ventura County, exemplifying our commitment to delivering the utmost quality of care to our cherished patients.

An Alluring Home for Veterinarians - Where Excellence Thrives: We extend a warm welcome to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians, providing a rewarding opportunity to thrive in our esteemed practice environment. Revel in a balanced work-life schedule, free from after-hours or overnight shifts. Our full-time veterinarian schedule consists of 4 to 5 days per week, allowing ample time to enjoy a fulfilling personal life.

Schedule:

• Enjoy a 4-day work week (4/10s).
• Monday through Friday, with NO WEEKENDS—giving you plenty of time for yourself.
• No on-call duties, so you can fully relax when off the clock.

Empowering Mentorship Program - Cultivating Success and Achievement: As new graduates join our esteemed team; we invest time and effort to ensure a triumphant start in their veterinary careers. Our mentorship program comprises structured orientation, invigorating Zoom calls and round table discussions with fellow graduates, peer advisors fostering networking and support, and vibrant Slack group discussions connecting with experienced vets for case reviews and invaluable advice.
